Yeerlo, ("Yeerlo.com", "We", "Us", or "Our") is committed to offering you the best experience possible.

This Refund Policy outlines your rights as an event attendee regarding refunds for tickets purchased through Yeerlo.
By agreeing to this policy, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms described below.

  1. Role of Yeerlo: Yeerlo operates as a platform that allows event organizers (“Creators”) to sell tickets directly to attendees. Yeerlo’s role is limited to providing the platform, and we do not have any involvement in the planning, execution, or quality of the events. The Creator is solely responsible for setting the terms of sale and handling any inquiries or issues related to the event.
  2. Creator's Responsibility: Yeerlo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction resulting from the cancellation, postponement, or quality of an event. All requests for refunds or concerns should be addressed directly to the Creator, as Yeerlo does not take responsibility for these matters.
  3. Non-Refundable Fees: Yeerlo may charge a non-refundable processing fee (“Yeerlo Processing Fee”) for each ticket purchased through the Platform. This fee, along with the ticket price, will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. The Yeerlo Fee is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  4. Refund and Liability: If you are dissatisfied with an event due to its cancellation or quality, Yeerlo is not liable for any resulting damages or losses, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Refund requests must be made directly to the Creator, and any refund issued will not include the Yeerlo Fee, which is non-refundable.
  5. Communication with Creators: In the event of a problem with an event, you agree to contact the Creator directly to address your concerns or request a refund. Yeerlo does not intervene in refund disputes between Event Attendees and Creators.
